 I returned to this senior community for their anniversary party again and it was a blast, as usual! 

Two different location in two days. First lobby...

Buttercup-yellow-themed wedding reception in cobblestoned garden

Saturday's wedding reception was a joyous outdoor event, that included my MINI-caricatures! 

Of course, I did them on yellow paper. But first, here are the beautiful bride (she booked me after coming across my work on Instagram!) and handsome groom, on normal sized paper:

My spot was at one end of a courtyard between some old industrial buildings:

These mini-caricature papers are just 5" x 5" and are very easy to put in a purse or otherwise transport, or even just have on your table at a reception. Plus, they are CUTE!

I am just so happy I have the job that I do. :-)

We had Emily do mini-caricatures at our summer wedding, and she was an absolute hit! Our guests loved it - people were lining up for their turn, and we’re still getting messages asking for her contact info. It was such a fun, interactive, and unique addition to our day, and it truly made our wedding feel even more personal and special. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add something memorable and creative to your event!

80th Birthday sign-in caricature

 I've done many sign-in caricatures for this particular family, this one was just as enjoyed :-)

Fabulous Indian Wedding Celebration in a tented backyard

This summer Friday evening in a Delaware backyard won't be forgotten anytime soon...

I drew my speedy line-drawing-only caricatures at a fabulous wedding celebration, one of several for this newly married couple:

The tent was so elegant, there was a live music trio singing jazz, and I was seated next to the henna artist.

I did couples, singles, friends and family groups until the sun set and it was full dark...

After I finished my allotted time, I had a plateful of some exquisitely good Indian food 

(the caterers were all the way from northern NJ)

Carnival-themed summer party at senior community

 This senior community has my caricatures at events twice a year, and this was the summer edition:

Here's the vibe in my IG Reel. So, here are a few of my drawings...

I usually ask the guests where they were from originally, before they moved to this lovely senior community...and this lady was from my hometown...and my street....turns out she lived five houses up and across from me, and my brother was a friend of her son (whom I am also FB friends with). 

Small world!!!!

This couple has been married for SEVENTY-FIVE years and are smiling away, awww! Plus he just celebrated his 100th birthday. I was very happy to draw them to commemorate both those milestones!

Finally...a Three Generation caricature!!

Silhouette Re-creation and Happy 85th Caricature for a special lady

The grown children of an about-to-be-85-years-old mom decided to surprise her for her July birthday, with a family silhouette. They had been silhouetted as children somewhere in the late 1960's, and she has treasured it for 50+ years... it's framed proudly in her office where she can see it every day. Her children asked if I could recreate it in the same format, but as ADULTS! 

I accepted the challenge with much enjoyment!

She was VERY HAPPY (and bemused that she hadn't noticed one of her sons had stolen it from her office to bring it to the party!) Here she is with her four sons and one daughter:

So that was their gift to her.
