40th Wedding Anniversary Caricatures...

 

They were certainly surprised!!!

And this amazing, glamorous burnt-orange-themed event (with a live band!) was thrown by their children, in particular their daughter, who was my client. 

I was in a beautiful foyer just outside the ballroom. The guests were all surprised and pleased to have a caricaturist there, so I had a steady stream of faces, mostly ladies to start with:

40th wedding anniversary commission

Recently, I had the pleasure of creating a 70's-themed wedding caricature for a couple celebrating their 40th anniversary. The party has already been held, so I can post it now! The client, the couple's daughter, had seen the one I'd done for my sister and her husband and wanted something similar. Here is the result!
