Caricatures with Flo!

Well not actually with HER, but with a lot of the people whose insurance-industry jobs are flourishing because of her being a great mascot for their company! I drew at an employee-morale day at my local Flo-based office. ;-)

Caricatures at a Holiday Party/Open House

This party was unique in that it was also the very first day the employees of this company got to see their new high-rise offices! The view out over Wilmington, Delaware was pretty amazing!  

 Before the event, I was commissioned to draw the executives (from photos) as a surprise...fun for them AND me, because I was the one to present it to them!

 Then I got busy drawing some great faces...and facial hair! :)

Finally, it was bugging me as to who the gal running the photo booth reminded me of...I finally realized it was the make-up girl on Better Call Saul, my favorite current tv show. 

Call Center Caricatures on an Employee Appreciation Day!

This was a fun gig for me: ALL COLOR CARICATURES!

These two wanted to be drawn as Thelma and Louise!!!! 

This lady trained new hires, so I got silly on her word balloon..

Everyone there worked in a vast, open-plan office. When they found out caricatures were to be part of their festivities, this lady pulled me to her cubicle and showed me this:

I'd drawn her and her daughter in 2009!!!

Caricatures at Trade Show booth draws folks in (like a magnet ;-)

My caricatures played a huuuuge role at a lighting industry trade show booth, in Philly. The company was celebrating its first birthday...so they had me draw some key employees from photos (and a cupcake) beforehand, to use on their website:

Then at the actual show, they had an animation of the caricatures playing while they talked up prospective clients...

as I caricatured them! 

There were plenty of international guests as well as folks from our own backyard. AND SOME GREAT FACES!

One person in line was kind enough to take a time-lapse of an entire caricature for me, you can see it here on my Instagram too. It's of the lady wearing the blue lanyard, a few photos above.

Company celebration caricatures

 One warm summer weekday evening, my caricatures were cranked out for a company which was hosting a group of visiting foreign employees. And I do mean cranked out...the maximum number of folks I could do in two hours were expected, and so there aren't any photos other than these two...

They are busily photographing the results for their social media!!!

Company morale-booster caricatures

This gig was unusual in that my caricatures weren't for everybody there---only the winning team, competing in a game-show-style trivia contest which I got there in time to enjoy! And since it was a small group, they all got deluxe 'color with theme' caricatures. Dogs were the popular theme.

No one had EVER asked to be depicted as Sponge Bob weight-lifting marshmallows before that day.

Corporate Office caricatures!

These are the results of spending an afternoon in a corporate office, drawing the ladies (and one gentleman!) on a morale-boosting kind of day! Everyone got a color caricature...here are a few closer-up:
