September Wedding Caricatures!

 September is a beautiful month to have a wedding at a country club! And to have MINI-caricatures for the guests at the reception! But first, the bride and groom's deluxe, color. large caricature:

I was set up right at the edge of the ballroom:

...and I had an eager line for three hours straight. In that time, since there was a steady supply of faces, I was able to draw SIXTY people! I was doing my line-drawing-only speed mode as MINI-caricatures, on blue paper. Here are ALL of them!

...and the last one was of a guest who had gone home already, but her mom had a great photo of her!

What a wonderful evening, it was a total pleasure to be a part of it!

Golden Hour September White-Wedding Silhouettes

This wonderful couple booked me to do silhouettes at their all-white outdoor wedding reception, 

(EVERYONE wore white, including me!)

at which they were keen to have a very relaxed and fun vibe. 

To that end, they had cotton candy, mini-golf, a photo booth and karaoke in addition to my silhouettes. And the venue, Springton Manor Farm, was spectacular! 

Being that it was held on a Sunday late afternoon, the celebration culminated in a sunset to remember! It was such a pleasure being a part of this!

You can see why I love doing silhouettes! The reactions are just as good as those for caricatures!

This was a giant piece of ancient granite embedded in the ground near my spot-- it was pretty neat 

and NO ONE tripped on it!

And this sunset--just amazing!!!!

2025 Diner en Blanc Wilmington--Caricatures!

 I was SO pleased to be able to return to this annual event---

it was my third time drawing at Diner en Blanc Wilmington, on Saturday evening! The location is always a secret and I don't find out until just beforehand, exactly where I'll be setting up! In fact, the guests don't know until they get off their buses. This time it was in HB Dupont Plaza, right in the center of downtown Wilmington.

Everyone wears their most festive white ensemble so my white fascinator got an airing!

1st Anniversary caricatures at a 55+ community!

You can tell by what's on the TV screen what season it is!

I was set up in the lobby of a year-old, beautiful senior-living community 

to draw caricatures of residents, families and staff, for its anniversary party.

Beautiful Barn wedding reception with caricatures!

 A beautiful pastoral setting in Lancaster County, Bluestone Estate,  was chosen for this lovely wedding reception,  for which I was so thrilled to draw caricatures. The bride's mom had booked me, which is such a lovely gift to the couple! (This is great idea for a wedding gift, by the way!)
