Moshulu-style holiday caricatures

Headed into Philadelphia for an evening gig, aboard the famous Moshulu, which is a famous restaurant/event space...

Arrival!
It was all decked out for the holidays! I was in the ballroom and the floors are definitely sloped for sailing in there (even though it never leaves its dock).

A view of the bar which was in the next room...
Too many amazing spaces here, so forgive the amount of photos:

Time to start drawing:

There were a large number of guests, so it was line-drawing-only mode for the evening.
These two are the DJs:

Good night!

Easter caricatures at company party

This giant distribution facility had an after-Easter party for kids of employees...lots of fun was had by all!

The Bash facilitated this one, and my wonderful client had this to say soon after:

"Emily was truly amazing!! Everyone that attended the event loved their caricatures. The hostess loved it so much she is planning on having her for her niece's Sweet 15!!"

Another night of holiday caricatures for the same company (different employees, though!)

I THINK I wore a different outfit!

It was also the same venue (South Bowl) but I sat in a whole different downstairs area for the first time.
And now, I can use barstool height chairs since my new tripod easel allows me to do so!

Hahaha...don't ask!

Thanks for having me, Meghan (twice!)

Company holiday party in Manhattan!

I don't usually venture this far from home for gigs, but my Delaware-based client asked me if I would, for their client holiday event! So, the hubby and I drove up to NYC, parked, checked into a midtown hotel, and then he escorted me to my gig at the Bryant Park Bar and Grill. :-)

Ready to draw!

Caricatures!!

Now, I've done TWO events in NYC in my career!

Below: my hubby and me in our hotel lobby, and the view from our room!!!
