A Teal and Apricot-colored wedding with caricatures!

This was the color scheme, for this lovely wedding reception at a golf course in Wilmington, Delaware.

I drew on teal and apricot toned paper:

These are my  FAST unshaded line drawing caricatures, since there were more than 100 guests---and I was able to draw more than half of them!

So...the bride and groom were my final of the night...and they spent most of their time on the dance floor, hence the un-tuxed groom.  Here's a link to their adorable reaction.

43 Fourth-Grader Caricatures (and two teachers)

These are my speedy line-drawing-only style caricatures, did 45 faces in just slightly over 2.5 hours. After each one, the teacher would photocopy it so the students could color themselves in! What fun! And SCHOOL'S OUT!

Bridal Shower with Silhouettes

Live Silhouettes are an especially good fit for wedding showers, as such minimalistic, yet elegant profile portraits make any lady look good! (No gentlemen were present, so I can say that!)

First, here is the lovely Bride-to-be with her silhouette:

The venue was a *very* nice restaurant  (staff were wonderful) with lots of room for me to set up:

My client, the bride's mom (who found me via The Bash), even provided this beautiful signage for me:

Emily was great , professional and talented. She made sure everyone walked away with a personal silhouette . All the guests enjoyed having their silhouette done.

Post prom caricatures!

 Another late night, another post prom! I've done this Delco high school's post prom for quite a few years now---and just this year, I found out inadvertently that I knew my client's wife's grandfather. He was a beloved maintenance man at my elementary school...so that was a LONG time ago!!

8th grade formal with TWO caricaturists!

I was joined by Artgirl Deb Schafer:

There were almost 300 students at this dance, so we both did line-drawing-only caricatures, I drew almost 60 kids in three hours!

There were a few moms sprinkled in there too!
