PhD send-off with caricatures!

I didn't realize that this happy event was being held in the banquet area of my hubby's and my favorite dim-sum place in Philly! And on Sunday, this neighborhood has free parking. 

So it started off with a win-win...

Then I met (and drew)  the beautiful young lady who is going off to grad school:

Her family and friends were happy to get caricatures too!

And these two smiled AFTER they saw their drawing!!

Of course I got some take-out to share with my hubby when I got home!

College grad party caricatures!

 

Congrats to this recent graduate of Rowan University! She's gonna be a civil engineer, hence the road behind her in this caricature kinda has a literal as well as metaphorical meaning ;-)

So her party was very fun and friendly and I ended up drawing a lot of groups....

and being asked to stay longer. :-D

Grad Party for French exchange student! with Sign-in Caricature

That's her French maman on the far left! And the Dutch neighbor on the far right. :-)

A girly pink grad party with caricatures!

An agency gig inlate June came my way via Mimzy's Entertainment.  

.

It was a very girly, hot pink graduation party for two sisters (top left in this grid).

My output was 24 shaded faces in two hours. Everyone left happy! :-)
