Uville Mini-THON caricatures!

Back for this high school's cancer-fighting all-night marathon fundraiser!

They keep this student-made sign and use it every year! :-)

I worked with two other lady caricaturists this time! And we all kept plenty busy.

For even more speed, I did my line-drawing only mode of caricature (no shading).

These students had ALL sorts of things to keep them occupied all night! Including a PUPPY ROOM!

Thanks for having me back! And keep kicking cancer's butt!

Glamourous and joyous wedding reception caricatures!

This was my first time drawing caricatures at a Nigerian-American wedding reception, with hundreds of guests, amazing headdresses and fabrics in lavish color, and just general joy. I started out at the cocktail hour, doing line-drawing-only caricatures...so that I could get more folks drawn per hour.

Then I moved into the ballroom area...

and saw this beautiful sight, being serenaded by a wonderful live saxophonist.

(I did draw the bride and groom from a photo I took of them, and presented it to them towards the end of the reception, with the help of the Emcee. But by then, they had changed to another stylish ensemble. you'll see...)

Here are some more caricatures of guests:

Here is the bride and groom's color caricature:

The photographer asked to be drawn too, so I fitted him at the very tail end of the festivities:

...which was cool because he shared my story onto his IG story...to his 180k followers!!!!!!

Thanks to the Bash and my wonderful client, the bride, for having me! Congratulations to you both!

Gala Fundraiser caricatures for STEM

Yesterday, I travelled through spotty showers to a new-to-me country club...to draw at a gala Rotarian fundraiser for STEM education..met lots of erudite folks! It was as much fun for me as it was for them!

The clouds were pretty dramatic in the afternoon!

My setup was in a pretty sunroom off the main ballroom:

I was busy every minute of my time there! Here is the guest of honor, he received a full-color caricature:

They even had a nice blurb about me in the event brochure! My client was a very nice gentleman I met a one of my holiday bookings in 2022.

This was science-oriented LOL

Thanks for having me, Al!!

1st birthday caricatures with a Nike theme!

Easter Sunday was also this little one's 1st birthday celebration!

His face was all over the place because they had those printed face fans that are so popular now...

...look on the bounce house!

Here are some of the happy faces I drew!

The Easter Bunny made an appearance too!

Thanks for having me!!!!

More "Farmtainment" caricatures!

It was back to the Big Chair for another big company event. This time, their day started with work-related seminars and ended with FUN---that included caricatures from me, and caricatoonz.

First outdoor event of 2023. Glad I wore layers as it was breezy and chilly, but we still had eager sitters!

Here are a few of mine:

Here's the aforementioned Caricatoonz... and myself

and the nice fire pit that ended OUR evening:

Thanks for having us!
